Jeanine Callahan is responsible for positioning the company for successful expansion of its presence within current and prospective client agencies. Her responsibilities include business development; engagement with Eagle Ray’s customers and partners; marketing, communications and public relations.
Jeanine previously served as Eagle Ray’s Vice President and Account Executive for the Defense Intelligence Agency. Her expertise includes over 25 years of management and operational experience with software development and system integration projects. She is a leader who excels in analyzing IT business processes and building and leveraging customer relationships. She fosters organizational effectiveness through successful program and project management, business planning, and budget development. Jeanine is expert at applying innovative engineering management approaches to formulate and deliver IT service delivery solutions.
Jeanine’s professional experience includes positions in program management, network-based systems development and operations, and contract management for BTG. As the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at webMethods, she led the formation of The webMethods Way, a global articulation of core values and associated behaviors. In her work for clients, Jeanine has assessed a broad range of business processes, identified areas of programmatic risk, and recommended the implementation of effective management practices to transform project execution. By applying facilitation, coaching and mentoring techniques, she helps program leaders understand and transform individual and organizational resistance to new ways of working.
Jeanine is certified as an ISO9000 Lead Auditor and Project Management Professional. She is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, and the Project Management Institute. She also is a member of the Leadership Fairfax Class of 1999. Jeanine earned an Organization Development certification from Georgetown University. She holds an M.S. in Technology Management from George Mason University and a B.S. in Foreign Services in Economics from Georgetown University.
